Terms and conditions

Each item is made by hand in my Devon based home studio and then quality checked once finished and before dispatch. Due to this hand crafted process, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Each piece will have it's own character.

I have an honest photography policy and the text descriptions are a true representation of my products. This is to ensure that you receive exactly what you are expecting. However please do bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and there may be very minor differences in thread colours from one batch to another.



Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail - orders over the value of £100 are eligible for free shipping. The current flat rate is £4.50 for all other orders unless stated differently at the checkout.

Large items/orders are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct to make sure your parcel is delivered to the right address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order however if there is any reason that there might be a delay you will be notified of this in good time..

If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and I may be able to offer an express service. 



I hope you are completely happy with your Ruby Cubes purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.

Because each item is hand made to order, items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that can be found on the website and on the back of swing tickets when the goods arrive. It is most important that rope goods are cared for properly to ensure a long life.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If required, please contact me for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.

When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.


Bespoke Items 

If an item is created to bespoke criteria, as in it has been made to a one off specification of your choosing then the item is not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind at the time of ordering.
